Seasoned and Roasted Nuts. A basic, flavorful recipe for roasted nuts that make the perfect party appetizer or snack!

It’s almost Super Bowl time! Woot woot! And if you are looking for a super easy game day snack to bring to your pitch in, I suggest theses flavorful roasted nuts!

This recipe can be quickly made with one bowl in under 20 minutes start to finish. The spices are basic, but powerful and vibrant. This recipe is basically just a pitch in hack – people will be addicted and going back for handful after handful, yet you only had to put minimal effort in!


In addition to being a great appetizer, these are also a perfect on the go snack for school, work, or road trips. I love to pre bag a few servings of these when I meal prep so I have them on hand when the hangriness hits.

So whether you just simply have a salty craving or are hosting a big party, these seasoned and roasted nuts deserve a place on your table!

- 1 cup (112 g) almonds
- 1 cup (112 g) cashews
- 1 cup (112 g) peanuts
- 1/2 tbsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Preheat oven to 350º F. Lina baking sheet with parchment or nonstick foil.
- In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
- Spread nuts on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until nuts are golden and fragrant. Stir once halfway through the baking.
- Let cool slightly and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container.
