Chocolate Chia Pudding with Collagen. Smooth and rich chia pudding fortified with collagen powder!
Chia pudding with collagen…AKA superfood in a bowl! Chia seeds bring antioxidants, fiber, and omega-3s to the table while the collagen bolsters skin, hair, and nail health.

If you are craving something simple you could just eat this Chocolate Chia Pudding plain, but I prefer to add dress it up and add some mix ins!
Ideas include:
- Berries
- Banana
- Graham cracker crumbles
- Chocolate chips
- Cookie crumbles
- PEANUT BUTTER 😉
- Any nut or seed butter
- Granola
I chose to blend my chia seeds first so that the pudding would have a smooth texture more similar to boxed puddings. Traditional chia puddings are slightly crunchy and though that’s still delicious, I wanted to try something different! For a traditional vanilla chia pudding, click here!

- 1/2 cup (80 g) chia seeds
- 1/4 cup (25 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups (474 mL) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup (60 g) pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup (20 g) collagen powder
Ingredients

- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- Blend well until chia seeds are finely ground and the mixture is completely smooth.
- Pour into a large bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours (more is better) so that the pudding can chill and thicken.
- Add your favorite toppings and mix ins and enjoy!
