Ingredients

cup (80 g)
chia seeds
1/4
cup (25 g)
unsweetened cocoa powder

cups (474 mL)
unsweetened almond milk
1/4
cup (60 g)
pure maple syrup
1/4
cup (20 g)
collagen powder
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
Blend well until chia seeds are finely ground and the mixture is completely smooth.
Pour into a large bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours (more is better) so that the pudding can chill and thicken.
Add your favorite toppings and mix ins and enjoy!
