Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend well until chia seeds are finely ground and the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Pour into a large bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours (more is better) so that the pudding can chill and thicken.
  4. Add your favorite toppings and mix ins and enjoy!
