Performance Nut Butter Stuffed Dates. A simple sweet treat made by stuffing dates with a cashew, macadamia, and coconut butter blend.

When I came across Performance Nut Butter I knew I had to try it. It combines three of the richest and creamiest nuts – macadamia, coconut, and cashew – into one delicious blend! It’s sold in convenient serving sized packets for on the go snacking and mid training fuel. And lemme just say, it is SO good.

The salty, nutty flavor of the performance butter immediately inspired me to pair it with something smooth and sweet – so dates came right to mind. I love using dates sliced up in oats or as a natural sweetener in homemade energy balls and bars. I knew they would make the perfect vessel for this nut butter!

These dates are stored in the freezer and are delicious thawed just for a couple minutes. The cold really brings out the flavors and the chewy bite of the dates works perfectly with the creamy nut butter! Literally a flavor/texture combo made in heaven!

So if you need a quick foolproof dessert, this recipe is perfect for you. Just two ingredients, a few steps, and a whole lotta tastiness!
