Line a freezer safe plate or tray with parchment paper.
Gently slice the dates down the middle, leaving one side in tact. Arrange dates on the prepared plate/tray. Spoon about 1 tsp to 1.5 tsp of nut butter into each date. Freeze for 10-15 minutes or until the nut butter is set.
Remove dates from the plate and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the fridge or freezer.
