Sriracha Salmon Meatballs. A healthy nontraditional meatball to spice up and add variety to your meal prep routine!
Salmon meatballs. I know, I know. You are probably looking at me like I’m a bit crazy. And I get that. But trust me, salmon in meatball form works!
Though it is unconventional, salmon definitely works well in meatball form. It holds up nicely, has great flavor, and is a nice break in the monotony of traditional meatballs! I love to serve these as an appetizer, over rice or quinoa, in a wrap, or on a salad.
These Sriracha Salmon Meatballs are easy to make a big batch in advance to have on hand throughout the week. You can pack them into school or work lunches, heat them up for dinner in a cinch, or make them ahead for bringing to big pitch-ins. Basically, these salmon meatballs are little powerhouses of endless possibilities!
To keep this recipe simple, I recommend using canned salmon. And if you are too lazy to even pick the bones out of canned salmon, you can buy a few of the salmon packets and use those instead! (I’m always down for a lazy hack) 😉
I hope you guys all enjoy these Sriracha Salmon Meatballs as much as I do and I can’t wait to see the creative ideas you come up with for serving them! What are your ideas? Share a post on social if you make them and tag us @f5method!
