Sriracha Salmon Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ F. Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  3. Take approximately two tablespoon sized portions of the salmon mixture and roll into balls. Place meatballs onto prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake salmon meatballs for 16-18 minutes, or until slightly golden.
  5. Drizzle additional sriracha on top of the meatballs for presentation if desired. Serve as an appetizer, over rice or quinoa, on a salad, in a wrap, or any other way you desire!
  6. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.

*if you don’t want to deal with picking apart a can of salmon, you can sub in a few of the salmon packets

**feel free to use gluten free bread or cracker crumbs if necessary

***feel free to add more or less sriracha based on your spiciness preference
