I love enjoying protein mug cakes as night time snacks. They satisfy an evening sweet tooth and are the perfect way to get in protein pre-bedtime.
Since I am obsessed with peanut butter, it is only fitting that my first mug cake recipe is PB flavored. I topped my mug cake with Kween Granola Butter but feel free to use any toppings of your choice: melted peanut butter, chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, or anything else your heart desires!

- 4 tbsp (32 g) powdered peanut butter
- 1 tbsp (5 g) vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp (7 g) coconut flour
- 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp (104 mL) water
- optional toppings: granola butter, peanut butter, chocolate chips, peanuts, or anything else!
Ingredients

- Stir all the ingredients together in a small microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave for 2 minutes. Cake should be firm to the touch and solid in the middle.
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy warm!
