Ingredients

cottage cheese

cup (114 g)
nonfat Greek yogurt

garlic salt

onion flakes
Instructions
Place cottage cheese and greek yogurt in a blender. Blend until completely smooth and the cottage cheese has no chunks left.
Stir in garlic salt and onion flakes.
Place in a small bowl, cover, and chill for at least a couple hours.
Serve with veggies, pretzels, chips, crackers or anything else you like to dip! Store leftovers in the fridge.
