You can make large batches of these energy balls and store them long term in air tight bag or container in the freezer. Also putting some away in the freezer will keep you from consuming all of these at once – because they are that dang good and addictive!

- 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp (88 g) chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup (128 g) almond butter
- 2 tbsp (42 g) honey*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) water
- 2 tbsp (14 g) chopped almonds
Ingredients

- Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into 6 even balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Or freeze for long term storage.
*if your almond butter isn't very runny, you can melt it so that it's easier to mix
