  1. In a small skillet over medium heat, toast the coconut flakes and chopped almonds until golden brown and fragrant (about 5 minutes).
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the greek yogurt and almond extract.
  3. In two small bowls, evenly split the yogurt mixture.
  4. Top each yogurt bowl with toasted almonds, toasted coconut, and chocolate chips. You may either melt and drizzle the chocolate or just sprinkle the chips on top.
