Place bacon in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook until your crispiness preference (just golden, golden black, or extra black) making sure to flip halfway. Place cooked bacon onto a paper towel to let excess grease drain and set aside.
While the bacon cooks, toast your english muffins. Set aside.
Heat a grill to the medium high setting (if you don’t have a grill you can use a skillet). Add the sausage patties. Cook patties for 3-5 minutes on each side or until meat is cooked through and grill line show. Remove from heat.
Lightly grease a skillet with butter or oil. Fry eggs to your preference: over easy, over medium, or cooked through.
Add the sausage patties to the english muffins. Top with the cooked bacon, eggs, and any other condiments you desire. `
