Granola Butter Stuffed Dates. An easy, two ingredient treat made by stuffing granola butter into sweet dates!

When I came across Kween Granola Butter I was mind blown. Spreadable granola?? YUS PLEASE!

The moment I tried it I was instantly impressed. I went back for spoonful, after spoonful, after spoonful, after spoonful…and it just kept going.
It got me thinking back to these Performance Nut Butter Stuffed Dates I made a while back that turned out sooo well. So I decided to do the same thing with this granola butter!

I love this recipe because it’s such a dessert cheat – just two ingredients, 15 minutes and barely any clean up – it does not get much better than that!

So if you are looking for an elegant sweet treat to make quickly, these Granola Butter Stuffed Dates are for you!
