Broccoli tots make the perfect side for burgers or hot dogs, deli sandwiches, chicken tenders, and more! They are great dipped in ketchup, ranch, or whatever else you heart desires. It’s a recipe that will definitely bring out your inner child!

- 3 broccoli florets (about 5-6 cups or 500 g chopped)
- 3/4 cup egg whites (178 mL)
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs (56 g)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Ingredients

- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until broccoli reaches a small grain/rice like consistency.
- Grab small portions (about 1 tbsp) of the broccoli mixture, roll into tot shapes, then spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Flip the broccoli tots over. Return to oven and bake for 10 more minutes or until the tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and serve warm. Dip in ketchup, tzatziki, ranch, or any other favorite condiment!
*May sub in gluten free breadcrumbs if needed. If you can't find GF seasoned breadcrumbs in store, use plain GF breadcrumbs and season to taste with a couple shakes of an Italian seasoning spice jar.
