Even though I love Mexican and Italian food, I have to put Mediterranean and Greek foods above them for sure. I could be in the ultimate depths of hangriness and in the worst mood ever – but give me some hummus, pita, and chicken and I am a HAPPY girl.

One of my favorite Mediterranean food discoveries is definitely tzatziki – I put it on basically everything. Crackers, gyros, pita chips, tortilla chips, raw veggies, and more. It’s my go to dip for sure!

The bright dill complements the tang of the yogurt and the shredded cucumber adds the perfect bite of crunch and freshness. Lemon, garlic, and vinegar add slight bursts of flavor to really round this dip out and make it complete.

So even though it’s not your yia-yias tzatziki – it’s pretty dang delicious!
