When I came across Performance Nut Butter I knew I had to try it. It combines three of the richest and creamiest nuts – macadamia, coconut, and cashew – into one delicious blend! Instructions
  1. Line a freezer safe plate or tray with parchment paper.
  2. Gently slice the dates down the middle, leaving one side in tact. Arrange dates on the prepared plate/tray. Spoon about 1 tsp to 1.5 tsp of nut butter into each date. Freeze for 10-15 minutes or until the nut butter is set.
  3. Remove dates from the plate and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the fridge or freezer.
