Peanut Butter Protein Microwave Mug Cake
tbsp (32 g)
powdered peanut butter
tbsp (5 g)
vanilla protein powder
tbsp (7 g)
cup + 3 tbsp (104 mL)
optional toppings: granola butter, peanut butter, chocolate chips, peanuts, or anything else!
Stir all the ingredients together in a small microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 2 minutes. Cake should be firm to the touch and solid in the middle.
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy warm!
