Instructions
  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, turkey pepperoni, cucumber, red pepper, broccoli, tomatoes, red onion, and black olives.
  3. In a separate bowl or jar, whisk or shake together dressing ingredients well.
  4. Pour dressing to taste over the pasta mixture and stir until evenly mixed. Reserve any leftover dressing in the fridge. If you’re not serving immediately, only add half the dressing and add more right before serving.
  5. Store pasta salad in a covered bowl in the fridge.
