Healthy No Bake Banana Chocolate Chip Bars
cup (about 2 medium)
cup (120 g)
tbsp (63 g)
tbsp (60 g)
cup (128 g)
natural peanut butter*
tbsp (23 g)
semisweet chocolate chips
Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment. Set aside.
In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Press dough into parchment lined pan.
Place in freezer for 20-30 minutes or until mostly hardened, but not completely frozen. Slice into 8 squares.
Wrap each square individually in parchment or place all 8 in an airtight container with a lid. Keep stored in freezer. Bars can be enjoyed directly out of the freezer or slightly thawed.
