  1. Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Press dough into parchment lined pan.
  3. Place in freezer for 20-30 minutes or until mostly hardened, but not completely frozen. Slice into 8 squares.
  4. Wrap each square individually in parchment or place all 8 in an airtight container with a lid. Keep stored in freezer. Bars can be enjoyed directly out of the freezer or slightly thawed.
