Place coconut flakes, oil, protein powder, and water into a food processor or blender. Process until the mixture reaches a smooth, dough like consistency.
Use a cookie dough scoop or grab portions of the dough. Shape into 6 even bars of your desired length and thickness. Place shaped bars onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
Place the chocolate chips in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power for 30 second increments until the chocolate is melted. Drizzle the chocolate over the chiller’s protein bars. Let chocolate set completely.
Store protein bars in an airtight container or in plastic bags. Keep in refrigerator or freezer.
