broccoli florets (about 5-6 cups or 500 g chopped)

Italian breadcrumbs (56 g)
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil.
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until broccoli reaches a small grain/rice like consistency.
Grab small portions (about 1 tbsp) of the broccoli mixture, roll into tot shapes, then spread evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Flip the broccoli tots over. Return to oven and bake for 10 more minutes or until the tots are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oven and serve warm. Dip in ketchup, tzatziki, ranch, or any other favorite condiment!
