Blueberry Vanilla Overnight Oats
cup (40 g)
cup (237 mL)
water or milk
tbsp (12 g)
cup (42 g)
scoop or 2 heaping tablespoons (11 g)
collagen powder (optional)
In a small bowl or jar stir all the ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning simply stir and enjoy! Feel free to add additional liquid or toppings to taste or heat in the microwave if desired!
