Mint Chocolate Protein Cookies

Mint Chocolate Protein Cookies

Mint Chocolate Protein Cookies. Vegan, gluten free, and dairy free cookies that are high in protein and low in sugar!

A while back I put together a recipe for these Double Chocolate Protein Cookies and was instantly obsessed and knew I had to create a mint chocolate version as well!

These cookies are amazing because the refreshing mint balances out the deep chocolate to create a flavor match made in heaven! Another great part about these cookies is that they are friendly to vegan diets and those that have to eat dairy or gluten free.

And the amazingness of this recipe doesn’t stop there – each cookie has just 140 calories and 4 grams of sugar yet packs in 6 grams of protein, such a win!

So if you’re a cookie monster like me, grab a blender and get ready to whip up this super easy recipe for satisfying, yet delicious cookies!!
